1.Prepare, mix, present and serve all types of beverages based on the beverage manual by actively interacting with guests by focusing on quality, accuracy, speed and guest experience.
2.The Bartender, Food & Beverage is an Entertainer which can actively interact with guests with ease, feel and influence their moods if necessary, think on their feet, prepare beverages according to guest’s preferences, creating bespoke beverages to creating memories.
3.Makes pride in their products and ingredients and ensures proper storage and safety of all the stocks in the bar.
4.Is meticulous about the spotless working environment cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area, fridges, bar floor, storage areas, glassware and all equipment in and around the bar.
5.Is flexible and can perform all duties and responsibilities of a cashier.
6.Performs other tasks assigned by the team leader which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the Resort.
7.In charge of daily Inventory and sales reports following the opening/closing checklists and to do lists.
8.Maintains and ensures cleanliness and sufficient operating equipment others required for service hours in the bar.
9.Handles the orderly stocking of glassware and ensures adequate stock and inventory is maintained and informs team leader if any equipment has to be re-ordered in a timely manner.
10.Ensures a standard cleanliness and mise-an-place in the bar following the given standard.
11.Validates guest orders in the guest check, received payment from guest / guest signature and completes for the total sales.
12.Checks and controls the temperature of the bar and wine chillers and notes them on the temperature record on a daily basis.
13.Performs the sequence of service, like all the other servers.
14.Is passionate and constantly keep themselves up to date about their craft, participates in associations and club membership related to bar/cocktails and wines to update knowledge on latest service style and products, as well as promoting the image of bar.
15.Establishes and maintains respectful and good relations with colleagues within and with other departments.
16.Assists colleagues within and other departments in the performance of duties and responsibilities to attain quality product and service for the Resort.
17.Keeps themselves informed of all pertinent details concerning the restaurant.
18.Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurants and bars, preparation methods, ingredients and presentations.
19.Takes accurate orders for all guests according to the given standard and practices suggestive selling to boost outlet sales.
